"...I’ve
stopped the hand of the one that would steal the life of this city.
Therefore, Los Angeles, we declare to you, you become the City of Angels
because angels of the Lord are encamping around this city and I’m sending
you the same angel I sent to Gideon. I’m sending you the same angel
that I sent to Mary. I’m sending you the same angel that I sent to the
great men of God that heard my voice, even the angel that warred and
came to Daniel is in this city tonight because I am bringing about a
great victory. The things that Daniel saw are going to be manifest.”
And God says, “In Los Angeles and in this city I am going to bring it
about because of who I am,” says the Lord.
Why am I doing this? God told me to prophesy. He said, “I’ve gathered
a few warriors around you so you can bring out what is happening in
this nation. You think it’s over. You think the war is over. I told
you it shall be in a short time but there is yet one we must get by
the scruff of his neck and that is Iraq. I will not be happy until I’ve
taken that perpetrator and I’ve brought him to his knees. One man cannot
stand and point his finger and make things happen and terrorize little
children and terrorize mothers and fathers. God says that’s the end.
It’s time now for you to know I am going to use you as a sharp tool,”
says the Spirit if the Lord. “For even as I told Jeremiah ‘you are my
instrument of warfare’…Church, you are my instrument of warfare. Church,
you are the instrument of warfare in the hands of the Lord.”
“You are my battle-ax, says the Spirit of the Lord, you are my sword
and my shield. You are my weapons of war, says the Lord. You are my
sword. You are my shield. You are my weapons of war!”
The Spirit of the Lord says, “The very words of Dr. Martin Luther King
before he died, knowing prophetically that he would not live, there
is a dream that has not yet been fulfilled. You say the African people
have been freed. But have they truly been freed?” says the Lord. “That
dream has not yet been fulfilled. It shall come to pass that I will
take the African-American race, the people that have a strong leaning
towards a spiritual life, and I will do something special for them because
I have told you I will raise up an African-American president of the
United States of America. I will put within him the wisdom of God and
the power to be able to negotiate and take this nation into a higher
level of authority and power.”
But God say, “That dream is about to come to pass. I’m going to take
the spirit of prejudice and racism that has endeavored to stay in certain
states and stay in certain cities, I am going to take you and pull you
down. I will cause those that have been oppressed to become leaders.
I am going to cause your slaves to become princes because the Lord says
this is a day for us to stand together. Unity has not been a mark in
this nation except at the beginning.” The Lord says, “Now, you are going
to see a unity on this nation. It is the United States of America. Therefore,
God says it shall be united and in this year I shall change things and
great shall be my glory,” says the Lord.
The Spirit of the Lord says, “There is a danger that has crept within
my Church and within my people—it is compromise. ‘But they are preaching
the full true Gospel.’ Well, what about my kingdom? Why have you gone
from a dominion mandate to a departure mandate? Why is it my people
no longer speak about the dominion that I gave to them through my Son
on the Cross of Calvary? Why would you say let me be washed in His blood?
But I will say to you what Moses said and that many of them cried out.
‘Oh, that God’s people would be prophets, oh, that all of God’s people
would be prophets.’” The Spirit of the Lord says, “You have departed
from the truth of dominion and you’ve gone into escapism. You’ve departed
from the truth of dominion and you’ve taken on a departure mandate.
There is no departure. I want you to understand that you are not going
out but you are going in the world and you are going t take them the
Gospel of my Son. My Son did not die in vain. This end shall be a glorious
end. Before you are taken in the air, every nation shall know the glory
of my kingdom. My kingdom is coming as you’ve shouted it,” says the
Lord, “…your kingdom come. It shall, it shall, it shall,” says the Lord.
“The great things that I did for Daniel by putting him in Babylon so
that he would make Nebuchadnezzar the greatest evangelist in the world,
God says I am going to take your leaders. I am talking about the leaders
that don’t know me. And I’ll cause them to be the greatest evangelists.
They that said, ‘There is no God and they hate me’ shall become the
greatest ones to declare my Holy Name.” God says, “Watch me now. If
I can do it to Saul of Tarsus I can do it to them as well. I am going
to take you and use you just like I used Daniel I Babylon. I am going
to take you and use you just as I did Samson when he ha his hands between
the pillars, right in the core and middle of the kingdom of darkness,
and I will cause you to have power. And it shall be a youth, a young
person, which will lead my people to the pillars.”
And God says, “A blinded Church shall suddenly receive a courageous
act and it shall destroy the weapons of the enemy and many shall come
down because of this. I will take you just like I took Jeremiah and
I will fill your bones with fire,” says the Spirit of the Lord. “I’ll
take you just like I took Isaiah and give you the glory of the light
of the Gospel of Christ and the understanding of who Jesus is. I will
take you, says the Spirit of the Lord, my people, and I will put upon
you a new spirit. There shall be Davids that shall be born throughout
the world that shall sing the song of God. And Goliath shall fall at
one little stone. At one little stone there shall be giants that will
come down. You are standing in the midst of a people that know how to
praise.”
Therefore, the Lord says to you tonight, “Get ready, for my kingdom
is coming and I shall declare my glory. The miraculous, the miraculous…what
is this about the miraculous? The miraculous shall be in this way. I
will do things you never thought I would do. I will bring a cure for
AIDS/HIV. God says there shall be a cure. I will raise them up. But
what about the gays?” God says, “I will take gay people and I will cause
them to be filled with my Spirit and to speak my Word with purity and
life. Do not tell me I cannot do it, says the Lord; I will do exactly
what I like. If I can go to the woman at the well, if I can go to the
adulterer, if I can go to the religious Pharisee, if I can go to the
tax-collector, why can I not do it today?”
For the Lord says, “I will do it. Just watch me now! You just watch
me and I will take them because I said I will do it. The greatest, greatest,
gift that I have given to you is my only begotten Son. Now watch me!
Watch me, San Francisco. I will take every one of them and I’ll pour
out of my oil upon them and they will say, ‘God is good.’ For the greatest
miracle that I shall do is to save those that have been set aside as
the scourge of the earth and I will raise them up. Just watch me now!
Just watch me now! I have heard the prayers of your president and I
have heard the prayers of my people. Now unity is coming. Racism is
being destroyed. Even though there will always be little bits of it,
God said it will be undenying by the power of unity with love.
“Therefore, tonight I will hold back to hand of the enemy that has endeavored
to do something in Los Angeles and on the West Coast. You must be free
to rejoice.” And now God says, “Go with everything you’ve got. Run,
for it is the month of March. In this month and in April I will open
the doors for you and give you access into the miraculous. Are you ready
for the miraculous?” says the Lord. Lift up your hands!
I see tens of thousands getting saved, tens of thousands that suddenly
decide it’s time to make a change. For God says, “There is a changing
of the hands and a changing of the guard. The miraculous that many have
spoken about and many have said would take place is beginning, says
the Lord. The most unique and unusual miracles will begin to take place.
I will take medical science and I will engage a battle with them. There
have been those that have had prognosis against these diseases. God
said over. I am coming in and I am doing something miraculous. The miraculous
will operate through little children. I will take my miraculous hand
and put it into their hand. Their mouths shall speak and suddenly there
shall be a shattering of the powers of Hell.”
For God said, “I have spoken tonight and it shall be so. If any man
who says God will not do it, I say to him you shall be judged, for it
shall be so. I will not tolerate Pharisees and I will not tolerate religious
bigotry in my kingdom and in my house. If you cannot agree with my restoration,
if you cannot agree with my salvation, if you cannot agree with my deliverance,
then get out. I need those that will agree with me. And if you will
agree with me, God says, I will take you to a higher place and I will
take you to the lost and to the lonely and to those that are dying and
I will cause you to raise them up, for this is a day of resurrection,”
says the Lord. Give Him praise!
